Have you ever experienced the weight of trying to live up to expectations, striving to excel in your role for God, only to feel like you've fallen short?
In Judges Chapter 6, we read about Gideon, a man who was chosen by God to lead Israel against powerful enemies. Gideon felt overwhelmed by this responsibility and doubted his own ability to fulfill the task. However, God's response to Gideon was profound—it was not about Gideon’s capability but about God's power working through him.
Our primary role is to be vessels for God to use. If you find yourself feeling frustrated, angry, or helpless, it might be a sign that you are relying on your own strength. Surrendering to God's power, rather than relying on your own, is the key to overcoming pressure and fulfilling His purposes through you.
